I have spent countless hours drawing representationally from direct observation, but my drawing practice has evolved into something that is more about process than representation, with a focus on exploration, experimentation, intuition, and reacting to each successive mark that I make. I tend to draw in color because color is such an essential element of my visual vocabulary.
